In the market of Central Florida, the projections show the demand is growing more than the hotels offer. Orlando is a city located in the US state of Florida, in Orange County.


The latest unemployment rates in Orange County and Seminole County dropped to 3.2 percent in March 2017, the lowest in more than 10 years, according to figures released on March 2018.

Surveys say that the state of Florida received 116.5 million tourists in 2017, domestic tourists made up the bulk of the total – 102.3 million. In accordance with the following provision:




ez.inn Hotels LLC (“we”, “our”, “us”, “ez.inn”, or the “Company”) is a Delaware limited liability company formed to purchase, develop and/or manage one or more (up to ten) hotels (the “Hotels”) in various locations around the world. We expect that each Hotel will be based near to economically active populations between 5-10 million potential guest or visitors (tourists, residents, or otherwise) within the region.

ez.inn will build and manage each Hotel directly with goal of lowering overall costs and enhancing operating efficiency. We may acquire interests in real property and/or other assets in connection with the Hotel(s). We may hold such assets either directly or through one or more subsidiaries.

Our objective is to maximize our return on investments in connection with the Hotel(s) and/or other property associated with the Hotel(s). We may also hold the Hotel(s) and/or other Hotel-related assets for long-term cash flow income.

In pursuit of these goals, LLC may also invest in more than one Hotel Module, with the first six modules being based in US and the other modules based around the world. The goal of ez.inn is the development, incorporation and administration of ez.inn Hotels modules.


The Company is currently managed by seasoned business and sector professionals dedicated to the success of the Company and efficient execution of its planned operations



The Manager of the Company is Philadelphia Investment Credit Union & Capital Trust, a Delaware statutory trust wholly owned by Oderli Feriani. The Manager will manage the day-to-day affairs of the Company. The Manager, located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, will perform all general administrative tasks for the LLC, including the keeping of the financial records, and preparation of informational returns and reports to Shareholders. The Manager will receive a fee for its services. See “Compensation”. However, without notice to the Shareholders, our Manager may retain other or additional service providers to perform the administrative services that would otherwise be performed by our Manager. The Manager was formed to provide administrative and other services in connection with the Company.



Minimum Offering: $140,000,000

Minimum Subscription: $15,000,000 (10,000 Shares)

We are offering for sale – to accredited investors only – up to 140,000,000 Shares of Beneficial Interest (the “Shares”) at an initial Subscription Price of $1.00 per Share, aggregating $140,000,000. Thereafter, the Share Subscription Price will equal the Net Asset Value (NAV) of the Share which may be higher or lower than the initial Subscription Price.

The minimum investment amount by an investor is $15,000,000 (15,000,000 Shares), although the Trust reserves the right to accept lesser amounts from qualified persons.

Emerson is a senior executive of operations, management and business with more than 25 years of experience in several areas, such as sales, marketing, corporate communication, product/brand management, financial services and development of core business strategies and startups.

Emerson is graduated by FASP (Brazil) in Business Administration and System Information Specialization, has Master Business Administration in Fundação Dom Cabral (Brazil) and association with Kellogg School of Management (USA) and Leadership Management by Harvard Business School (USA).

During all these years he has worked in many companies, from medium enterprises to the multinational ones, bringing profitability, professionalization and results in different ways. Besides that, he has a huge experience in projects development and startups, always aiming to exceeding companies’ expectations with outstanding results.

Mr. Oderli Feriani
Philadelphia’s Manager

Mr. Feriani is a seasoned businessman with more than 20 years of experience. He has introduced business and finance structuring advisory outside of investment banks systems in Brazil. His skill set was built through working at several multinational companies. Mr. Feriani received a degree in Mathematics at the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in Brazil as well as his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Management Consulting. His focus has mostly been in the field of economics and business development through banking and capital markets.
